1. What is your MOQ?
   
   Our usual minimum order quantity is 5000 pcs. However, we are open to accepting lower quantities for trial orders. Please let us know how many pieces you require, and we will calculate the corresponding cost. We hope that after checking the quality of our products and experiencing our service, you will place larger orders.



 
2. Can I get samples?
   
   We usually provide existing samples, but there may be a sample fee for custom designs. The sample fee is refundable when your order reaches a certain quantity. We typically ship samples via FEDEX, UPS, ***, or DHL. If you have a carrier account, we can use it for shipping. Otherwise, you can pay the freight charge to our PayPal account, and we will ship using our account. The samples usually take about 3-5 days to reach you.



 
3. How long is the sample lead time?
   
   For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. If you want your own designs, it may take 5-7 days, depending on whether new printing screens or other techniques are required.



 
4. How long is the production lead time?
   
   The production lead time is 30 days for our usual minimum order quantity. However, we have a large production capacity that allows us to ensure fast delivery, even for large quantities.



 
5. What file format do you need for my own design?
   
   We have our own in-house designer, so you can provide us with JPG, AI, CDR, or PDF files. Based on the technique, we will create a drawing for the mold or printing screen and seek your final confirmation.



 
6. How many colors are available?
   
   We match colors using the Pantone Matching System. Simply provide us with the Pantone color code you need, and we will match the colors accordingly. Alternatively, we can recommend some popular colors to you.



 
7. What is your payment term?
   
   Our normal payment term is a 30% deposit after the order is signed, and the remaining 70% is due against a copy of the B/L (Bill of Lading). We also accept LC (Letter of Credit) at sight.
